How it works

Four steps from drawing to bid.

One connected pipeline: what you measure on the drawing is what lands in the BOQ, the estimate, and the exported file.

  1. Step 01

    Upload your drawing

Create a project and drop in a drawing. PDF, PNG/JPG, and DXF open straight away; DWG files convert automatically in a background job while you set up the project.

Each project can hold multiple drawings — floor plans, sections, details — and every drawing keeps its own calibration.

  2. Step 02

    Calibrate & measure

Pick a dimension you know on the drawing — a grid spacing, a labelled wall — and tell the canvas its real length. From then on, every measurement comes out in metres and square metres.

Measure walls, columns, and areas directly on the canvas. Elements are grouped by thickness and size as you go.

Calibrated against a known 14.00 m dimension · walls, columns & areas measurable

  3. Step 03

    Confirm OCR suggestions

A queued OCR job reads the text printed on the drawing and suggests labels for your elements — wall marks, column marks, slab notes. Each suggestion waits for your confirm or dismiss.

Nothing is labelled automatically. The takeoff is always your measurement with your names on it.

    • W1 · 230 mm brick wallConfirmed
    • C1 · 300 × 300 columnConfirmDismiss
    • RCC SLAB 150 THKConfirmDismiss

Suggestions come from drawing text — nothing is applied until you confirm it.

  4. Step 04

    BOQ, estimate, export

Generate a bill of quantities from your measurements, apply material rates and usage norms from the INR rate master, and review the estimate with its material and labour split.

Export the result as a client-ready PDF or a working Excel file.
